Calm, creative, and a self-proclaimed perfectionist, Abigail is the mind behind Tidy by Nature. She oversees the company’s planning, marketing, and client experience — all while keeping one eye on the little details that make a space feel truly complete. Her creativity shines through her curated styling and elevated listing design, while the pristine spaces she leaves behind display her perfectionism. Abigail’s inspiration is nature in pure form — from the calm of ocean waves to the quiet of the woods. She finds joy in the simplest comforts: neatly folded linens, polished hardwoods, and cozy, earthy aromas of teakwood, amber, and sage. Nothing matters more to her than her family and community.

She’s the team’s anchor, leading with laughter and a sharp eye for detail — the first to notice a missed spot and the last to call it a day. Kim oversees employee management, and project coordination — ensuring that every home receives her signature level of care. Her attention to detail is unmatched: she’s the. vacuum queen with an eye for sharp lines, spotless windows, and perfectly flowing spaces. Kim also brings a practical touch to property maintenance and repair, whether it’s a flickering bulb or a fix-it job. When she’s not leading the team, you can find her treasure-hunting for shark teeth along the Carolina coast — her happy place. Family, integrity, and hard work are at the core of everything she does.

Absolutely. We’re fully insured, and all team members are carefully screened and trained before ever entering a client’s home. We take trust seriously — it’s the foundation of everything we do.

Our systems are built around detail and accountability. Every service follows a structured checklist, and we regularly review each home’s results to make sure our standards (and yours) are met every time. We also welcome feedback — it helps us keep raising the bar.

For standard cleanings, we recommend scheduling at least 1–2 weeks ahead. During peak seasons, especially for vacation rentals, earlier is always better to secure your preferred dates.

We primarily serve Topsail Island and surrounding communities — Sneads Ferry, Surf City, Holly Ridge, Hampstead, and Jacksonville. If your area isn’t listed, feel free to inquire about our commute options.
