The Process

After you request a quote, a team coordinator will be in touch to schedule your free consultation. Here we’ll evaluate the space and discuss your needs and preferences- the building blocks of your home care plan. From there, we’ll schedule your first appointment.

We’ll reach out the day before your clean to confirm appointment times, address, and access information. Last call for deposits, add-on services, and cancellations!

Prep for your cleaning day by making sure the home is accessible and at the agreed occupancy level. Keep products on-hand that you’d like our cleaners to use (solvents, can liners, fresh linens, etc.) These courtesies help keep things running smoothly for our most efficient, thorough clean.

You can expect a crew size of 2-3 cleaners, always arriving within 30 minutes of your appointment time. They’ll work their magic while you kick back and relax, with an average clean time of 2-4 hours. You’ll only hear from us during the clean if there’s an issue we can’t resolve on our own.

Breathe a little easier in a space that feels refreshed, looks immaculate, and inspires calm.
