ALL SERVICES REQUIRE AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO BOOKING. ESTIMATES ARE BASED ON 1) SQ FT 2) SCOPE OF SERVICE AND 3) OCCUPANCY. THIS IS WHY SOME HOMES OF THE SAME SIZE ARE PRICED DIFFERENTLY.
