Our signature turnover service is built for detail lovers — the hosts who notice when the pillows are fluffed just right. We restock, refresh, and reset with a meticulous touch so your guests walk into a home that feels brand new every time.
THE CLEAN THAT GOES BEYOND CLEAN…
Kitchen surface wipe-down (counters, appliance exteriors, high-touch areas, sinks)
Microwave/ refrigerator spot cleaned and inspected.
Coffee pot emptied and cleaned
Put away clean dishes
Dusting of all reachable areas
Bathroom refresh (mirrors, sinks, counters, toilets, tubs, showers)
Tidying and straightening of items
Trash emptied as needed and liners replaced
Supplies restocked as provided (paper products, toiletries, coffee, etc.)
Beds made + fresh linen reset**
Eco-conscious cleaning products provided
Aromatherapy/ odor treatment
Floors swept and mopped throughout
Luxury staging
** Bunk beds not included. Additional $20/bunk per request. Otherwise, fresh sheets are to be folded and beds staged.
